Stayed 1 night on 9/28/2022. Best motel value I've had in years. Nothing fancy or modern but EXTREMELY clean and EVERYTHING WORKED PERFECTLY. King size bed had extra pullows and was extremey comfortable. Room was huge and pleasant. Owners work hard trying to give guests a nice, basic night's sleep for there guests. $25 security deposit happily refunded at checkout if the room is left with no abuse and no smoking. Well worth getting the room for 30% less than the other value priced motels nearby. I'll be staying there next time I'm in Elkhart, no doubt.
Love this place. I love the fact that there is a love seat and coffee table in the room. I am pretty much a regular there.

I like it ..there more affordable and they do at least have microwave...and they are clean...
Nice enough for the price. As little dated decor, but nothing bad. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were lumpy. My only complaint is the complete lack of coffee.
Decent Place to Stay. Owners are pleasant, of course that's as long as you respect their policies and rules. Very peaceful at night. The property/motel is not the most up to date motel/hotel in Elkhart, Indiana, but it is comfortable. The price is on the lower end, so the cost is reasonable. I've stayed many nights.
Omg beds and pillows were heaven. My son claimed the pull out couch and didn't even open it, he was so comfortable. Showed up at 430 a.m., checked in, slept, and we're out by 11. Will definitely stay here again!
Very quiet place .best rest in a long time .rooms are the best neat and clean .and omg the king size bed i didn't want to leave .tv a bit small and in a really awkward place
